By using Online Index ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

The service

Online Index is a personal knowledge management application provided free of charge as of the effective date above. We may introduce paid plans in the future; existing data will remain accessible.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and Google account secure.
• One person per account. You may not share your account credentials.

Your content

• You retain ownership of everything you upload or save.
• By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content to you and to operate the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service to host unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes others' rights.

Availability

We aim for the Service to be available 24/7 but provide no uptime guarantee. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or in response to abuse.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data — please back up anything you can't afford to lose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days of receiving a deletion request.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
